Avant Grup has implemented the necessary health measures in all of its workplaces to ensure the prevention of any possible risk of COVID-19 infection, following the recommendations of the WHO and the current legislation of the competent agencies and authorities that have been adapted to the special requirements of each phase.
These health measures are not an accumulation of individual measures, but the result of a broad transversal concept integrated into all the processes and management elements of the company.
Avant Grup has obtained STOP COVID-19 certification. This certificate has been granted by ACCM – Agency for the Certification of Quality and the Environment.
The STOP COVID-19 certificate guarantees compliance with biological safety standards and practices against the Covid-19 virus, based on the recommendations and requirements of the different competent national and international organizations.
Avant Grup also has the Sustainable & Safe accreditation. The Biosphere commitment granted by the SAFE TRAVELS seal of the World Travel Tourism Council (WTTC) that follows the guidelines set by the World Health Organization and provides confidence to customers and passengers to enjoy safe travels.
Our company applies a strict cleaning and disinfection protocol to all vehicles in the fleet. In addition to the daily cleaning of the vehicles, an extra disinfection is done by Ozone generator cannons and, after each service performed, an anti-viral cleaning of all areas that passengers may have touched with their hands. Users will also find in each coach a Hydroalcoholic Gel dispenser to be used at the entrance and exit of the vehicle.
We have implemented protocols and measures aimed at protecting our drivers’ health and that of the rest of the company’s staff. These health measures cover the guidelines to be followed during travel from home to work, during the performance of services and at the end of the working shift. All our drivers have been provided with the necessary PPE equipment for personal protection during the performance of the service and the cleaning and disinfection of the coach (face-masks, gloves and glasses).
All health measures are in accordance with the requirements set by the competent bodies and authorities and in force at each stage or time. Currently, In regular public, occasional and complementary private transport, in which all the occupants must be seated, all the seats may be used. When the level of occupation allows it, the maximum separation between users will be sought.
