To provide the technical resources and permanent quality management that guarantees the expected satisfaction of our external clients and of all the people who form part of the organization.

The scope of our policy affects our service, all personnel, our own fleet and our facilities.

 

VALUES

Environment care

Avant Group is conscious in taking care of the environment and, therefore, presents its commitment to protect the environment and to foresee pollution through control, monitoring and recycling systems, in all its activities.

We also maintain a commitment to improve the energy efficiency management systems (IDEn), which include other aspects related to design, supporting the acquisition of our fleet of energy efficient vehicles.

Accordingly, it communicates this Policy to all personnel who we work for or are related to our company, including customers, subcontractors and suppliers, making them participants in these commitments.

Road Safety

For Avant Group it is fundamental to promote, implement and maintain the practices of prevention and reduction of road work risks and, therefore, Management is committed in establishing mechanisms and controls for the prevention and reduction of accidents on public and private roads. For this reason, the people who provide their services directly or indirectly for Avant Group are responsible for fulfilling the requirements that are developed and programmed to mitigate traffic accidents that may affect people, equipment, facilities or the environment.

Vocation of service:

Our client is the centre and motor of our activity. Our vocation is to know and take care of your needs and, in the measure of the possibilities, to be able to advance in the contribution of solutions. It is for this reason that, as part of the subcontracting activities it provides, mainly in the road transport sector, the company integrates a Management System for the Prevention of Labor Risks.

RESPONSIBLE TOURISM

Aware of the importance of maintaining sustainable tourism development, and assuming the principles and objectives specifically adopted at the World Summit on Sustainable Development 2015, COP 21 and the World Charter for Sustainable Tourism + 20, Grupo Avant undertakes to carry out a sustainable management of its activities, through the adoption of commitments aimed at preventing, eliminating or reducing the impact of our facilities and activities, both internal and external, as well as optimizing the sustainability of the establishment by improving its behavior with the environment. In that same sense, our entity has adopted the following Responsible Tourism Policy, through which it undertakes to fulfill the requirements established in the BIOSPHERE membership, which includes, among other things, the legal requirements that regulate the effects generated by tourist activity. Likewise, we undertake to motivate and train our staff with training and awareness-raising actions on the principles of Responsible Tourism, to promote good environmental practices in the environment and participate in external activities, and to inform both internally and externally about the advances and environmental actions of the company. In the same way, our establishment expresses the express commitment to fight against sexual exploitation or any other form of exploitation and commercial harassment, in particular of children, adolescents, women and minorities; and we commit to adopting universal accessibility measures. One of our main objectives is to improve sustainable management, assuming continuous improvement commitments in all areas of sustainability: social, economic, and environmental, as well as customer satisfaction. For this, the projects of future expansions of the facilities or activities will be submitted to criteria of sustainability and efficiency in the use of resources. This Responsible Tourism Policy will be updated whenever the circumstances require it, adopting and publishing in both cases new sustainability objectives
